Eggemeyer.  Puppy price is $_______________with a _____________ deposit(received), leaving a balance of $__________ on said puppy.  Deposits are non-refundable, or transferable, unless agreed by me differently, or something should happen to the puppy while in my care.  Then the deposit would be transferable, or fully refundable, the choice of the buyer.  This puppy is being sold with full/limited AKC.   I accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Paypal friends and family.  All money sent by regular paypal adds an additional 3% unless sent without charges(as in being sent as friend or family).  Total due on delivery is $_______________.

 

Thank you for choosing Victory Acres Chihuahuas for the purchase of your new puppy. We are sure you will find your new puppy to be a wonderful addition to your family and home. Below you will find the conditions of sale and the health guarantee agreement for your new puppy. Victory Acres Chihuahuas guarantees that your new puppy is in good health at the time of transfer and is guaranteed from communicable disease for 72 hours from the date of sale. You are responsible for having the puppy checked by your vet within that time period, unless we discuss this differently. We will not be responsible for parvo, distemper or kennel cough contracted AFTER the puppy leaves us, after the 72 hour period in which you received your puppy.  If said puppy should become ill, we must be notified immediately and have proof of defect or disease in writing from a veterinary stating that the problem is genetic/or prior sickness before acquisition of the said puppy, with no possibility of any other cause such as accidents, insect borne diseases, other incidents at his/her new home, that are not the responsibility of the breeder. We reserve the right to a second opinion and if shipping back to the breeder (at the breeders discretion) is required it is at the cost of the purchaser(unless otherwise agreed by breeder), not the responsibility of the breeder, and the registration papers are to also be signed back over to the breeder, and sent back in order to receive a replacement puppy, or a refund(again something that would have to be discussed or determined by the breeder). If the puppy passes away while in your care, you the purchaser must pay to have the puppy examined to determine the cause of death and if it falls under our contract the puppy will be replaced. If a replacement puppy of equal value deemed by Victory Acres Chihuahuas is not available within one year, then the purchase price of said puppy, will be refunded.

We are not responsible for any vet bills that are incurred. We cannot be responsible for how much your vet charges you or the knowledge of your vet. We cannot guarantee against hypoglycemia, but we will give you Information on prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia, and I can say that I do not send puppies away to their new home, that could be struggling with this issue.  We also cannot guarantee against color dilution alopecia(also known as blue doberman syndrome). This can be found in blue chihuahuas(and many other breeds that deal with the blue gene). NOT EVERY blue puppy will have this problem, but unless you are getting a blue puppy this is not something you will ever encounter.  This will not affect the health of your chihuahua only his coat (hair, fur).We cannot guarantee against incompatibility, that your puppy will be the perfect show dog, the perfect breeder, the exact weight you want the puppy to be, housebroke in a day, or that your puppy won’t ever chew up your favorite shoe, but we can know that if you love and care for the puppy properly, you will have a wonderful friend, and a forever family member to love you, and you them!  This guarantee applies to the original purchasers only and is nontransferable to a second party.

 

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Missouri, in the County of  Jasper County. It is agreed that the place on venue shall be in Jasper County. This contract must be signed and returned to Victory Acres Chihuahuas, on delivery of your puppy, or pick up, depending on your situation. We do not let a puppy leave us until we feel like it is ready for the transition and eating well.  In the case of this __________________________puppy, she/he is eating well, and I feel she/he is ready to transfer to her new family, at this time_________________.
